Every Warping Theories order is carefully packed and prepared at our studio before it makes its way to you. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Orders containing pieces that are made-to-order, under production, or require additional finishing may take longer. In such cases, the estimated dispatch timeline will be communicated to you separately.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

  • Mumbai: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Any applicable shipping charges, including those for subsequent exchanges or special delivery requirements, will be communicated to you before processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking details via email.

You can also Track your order directly on our website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Warping Theories is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural events, strikes, transportation disruptions, or courier-related delays.
